13 hours into a 23 hour fast, my typical OMAD schedule. My goal right now is weight loss, I have 35 or so pounds left to lose.
This is my 4th week doing some sort of IF schedule and definitely my toughest- I know I put too much emphasis on the scale but I am very data driven. Week 1 I lost 3 pounds, week 2 I lost 4 pounds, week 3 I lost 2 pounds. This week I haven’t seen a change yet.
I am wondering if it’s what and/or how much I am eating each day that is causing the lack of change? My one meal yesterday was a salad with chicken from Sweetgreen + avocado added at home, about 685 cals, followed by 3 Oreos because I still haven’t kicked the sweet tooth, about 210 calories: so 895 calories total.
My other idea is that I am not drinking enough water, but will that impact the scale?
