No food, 18:6, weightloss 12 hours into todays fast.

Day 3 today and I’ve lost 2.3lbs of likely water weight, feeling very happy and positive. I’m probably going to be doing 18:6 all week. I’ve done this before and lost the weight, I can do it again!

For everyone at the start like me, you’ve got this! Keep going!

Back at it again, fell off a bit during the holidays but it’s fine, I’m doing 16:8 and just hit 16 hours so I will try to extend this until lunchtime (so about 18 hours). Only drinking water and black coffee. Will check at the end of the week for my weight as I’m sure I gained a bit during the holidays
