Day2 of Week23, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 88kg/194lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
Today is 87,6kg down from 88,1kg of yesterday.
Shedding some of the water weight I got on earlier.
The low-carbs bread was a major success!
It came in the form of buns, I took a single bun, cut it to quarters, toasted them on the cut side, and kept it simple by adding lactose-free cheese spread and pork pate.
It was SO good after not eating bread for like six months, it made me feel like a king.
Since I still have one of these buns, I’ll be toasting it the same way today but this time I’ll just put on some cheesy egg muffin and bacon.
Considering that I still kept dropping the water weight I gathered before, even with me also eating a banana and 2 oat bars as dessert, it seems the low-carb thing is a viable option even for daily consumption, not just for rare occasions.
This really does boost my daily meal options as it can put back “sandwiches” on the menu, maybe even grilled cheese.
Today is regular 18/6 2MAD followed by a rolling 24h, and finally workout day when I get home.
I’ll try to take it easy to not end up being sore, but I’m looking forward to it for sure.
Make this the most productive day of your week but most importantly, have fun! ;)
Type: Zero App 13-hr circadian Context: Surpassed 13 hours; but it’s only 9:51a soooo fasting until Noon or after a Whole Foods run, whichever’s later Length: 17hrs 43min onWhy: weight loss/ trying to gain control of my unhealthy food relationship Notes: Going well so far! Adding a K+ supplement to my feasting window helped significantly with electrolyte imbalance (my Keto-ade was lacking potassium but I don’t have lite salt)
Let’s see…between Keto, macros tracking, and Lazy IF (as in, some days 16-8, some days circadian, some days OMAD), I’ve managed to drop 30lbs since May this year. 😎 I’m also down an obesity category: from Obese Class II to Obese Class I.
