SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 89kg/196lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs

Well new record empty weight, at 87,2kg, down from the 87,6kg of yesterday.

I’ll consider this a success, considering the circumstances I’d be even happy if I’d be just on a holding pattern.

Reentry from the 48h fast was 6 grilled frankfurters a cucumber salad, 2 toasted tortillas and some grapes, spread out to 2MAD.

I’m pretty low energy due to the previously discussed issues at work and the pollen concentration being extreme again, but at least it is weekend, and for a change my only job right now is to chillax and let my brain recover.

Day 3

Trying to lose weight to look good to help build relationships, get healthier to enjoy life and live longer

My starting weight was 240. I am now it 238.6. My goal is 160.

It’s getting increasingly harder. Last night I kept forgetting that I was doing a fast and almost broke it. When I came home from work I I was just about to say “Hell with it” and eat. But just as I was about to put the food in my mouth I pulled away. I have about an hour and a half to go on my fast. I think I can make it. It is hard when you don’t have a support system.

My energy level has gone up. I’m getting things done that are normally too tired to do. I will see if this is from the fasting or if this is just excitement from the novelty of it.

Day 25 for me! Almost back up to my first streak before I took nearly a month off to binge.

Yesterday I probably technically ate too much but it was a very stressful day at work when I would normally binge, and I didn’t, which is massive progress for me.
