SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 89kg/196lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs

Today 88,7kg, which seems to be about right for 2 days of 18/6 after the 48h fast.

24h+ fast today will be followed by 18/6 tomorrow.

Pollen situation remains the same, along with work troubles which will keep me occupied, so this’ll be one of those short check-ins :P

Day 1 of 3 (3 day water fast)

20 hours in.. first ever time

Doing it for a detox as feel super bloated a lot / read a lot of benefits.

Going okay so far.. making sure I keep up electrolytes and drinking lemon water & black or green tea… Any tips for a beginner would be great! Nearly at 24 hours and its gone really fast actually.. I think the next 24 hours will be very difficult though - hope I can keep the willpower!

Yesterday I could comfortably fit in a jeans that was too small for me when I bought it a few months ago! Going to break my fast with a bagel and eggsalad. And tonight I’m going to eat vegetables and chicken.

Day 7 of Week 13

The community singing group I belong to starts back up tonight after our summer hiatus. It runs until 9 PM and I’m usually home by 9:30. Before IF, I would eat a late supper…now, I don’t like to close my eating window any later than 8 PM. So im going to try an early dinner before I go and I’ll have to make any necessary adjustments to Tuesday’s window depending on how I feel. A little nervous about working out the return to routine but I’m hopeful I can hit that happy medium. Here’s to a good Monday for you all.

Hi everyone day one today! My first fast starting with 16/8. I really am hoping to lose weight and feel more me again after a battle with mental health and crisis over Covid. It’s going okay! I did try 5:2 but found that too difficult and also found it to be binge inducing so I’m hoping for a better feeling from a different form of IF. :)

OMAD | Weight Lost: 30lbs

Gm! Started the day off the day with a 7 mile walk. Later on I will have a smoothie, broccoli lo mein and apples w/ cinnamon (same thing I had yesterday). I also will take vitamins and minerals.

2nd day of 16/8, 8am - 4pm. woke up with a slight headache on day 2 morning, and now day 2 evening 830pm, headache is unbearable. How the f does anyone persist with such a headache? Eating panadaol restarts the gut activity to produce insulin anyway

I had to break the fast the headache was nonsense ! Still feeling a bit headache after eating some oats and a small piece of dark chocolate.

Broke fast 1 hour ago and head is still aching

Day 5

16 hours of fasting.

Trying to lose weight to look good to help build relationships, get healthier to enjoy life and live longer and to try and reverse mental/brain damage from longcovid.

My starting weight was 240. I am now at 238.6. My goal is 160.

Final 35 minutes of my 16 hour fasting window. It went by easily.

Weight keeps bouncing .2 pounds up and down. I’ve got a long way to go. I think a lot of this might be water weight. Had a pretty salty lunch in the last hour of my eating window.

Slept pretty well last night. I added a cup of coffee last night about 4 hours before sleep. I allow myself coffee during fast. It helped me not just pass out when I got home.

Mentally, felt low last night. Maybe it was my last meal that caused it. This morning, I feel okay. A little lightheaded at times
