First day of week 2

Trying to lose baby weight (9lbs)

3lbs down in 2 weeks, which I’m really happy about, I’m a healthy weight (just top end of my usual range) and I don’t lose easily so I’m very pleased!

Am struggling a bit to stay focused on work in the mornings before breaking my fast at 12. My hunger did drop off last week but I had a cheat day at the weekend (went away hiking and brekkie was included at the hotel!) And it feels like it’s back with a vengeance this week!

Fell off the wagon but I am back.

Today will be a 2mad of 2000cal. Fasting from 4am until 11.30pm where I will eat my first meal, second meal at 4am. (Working a nightshift)

Just getting up to hit the gym before work.

It doesn’t matter how slow as I go as long as I don’t stop. I will not let myself down again.

33F. Back on the wagon, trying to be consistent with 18:6. I’ve had some health issues come up recently and really need to get my weight under control. I gained about 30 lbs in 2021-22 with postpartum depression and grief and I need to turn that around. I’ve worked through the mental health side of things and now really need to tackle the physical health side.
