Week 11

This weekend I ate quite a bit of sugar and I noticed right away that I wasn’t used to that anymore. I got a bit of a sugar rush. And today I’m more hungry then normal. So This week is about clean eating again. I start with today and tomorow 2MAD and I’ll end the week with OMAD’s.

Day1 of Week27, IF, 18/6

SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 88kg/194lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs

Today 86,6kg, up from the 86,1kg of yesterday.

New empty weight was 85,4kg after the 48h fast.

My digestion remains slow no matter if I include core exercises in my workout.

It has its benefits in a 48h fast situation as I don’t even feel the fasting until the last hours when I’m already preparing the reentry meal, but it continues to annoy me at daily measurements.

Regardless I did go below 86kg with the empty weight, and still within the 86kg range 2 days and 4 meals after reentry so I count that as a win.

Today is a rolling 24h from the last meal of yesterday, then 2MAD in 18/6

The menu is undecided for now but I might try a tortilla toast with thin-sliced pork roast in sweet chili and molten cheese inspired by the description of a friend in the USA.

If it works, I might pick the concept up for pre-48h protein rich meal.

New week, new day, new opportunities to get results! ;)

Almost 17 hours into my second fast and I have a question. Several hours ago I felt very hungry, but now that feeling has dissipated and I even feel, dare I say it, “full”.

Is this a normal part of the process? I’m drinking water, but haven’t gone crazy with it, so I’m curious if the fullness comes from ketosis or something else I haven’t thought of.
