Week 11
YES, finally my extra kilo of popcorn water-weight from this weekend came off. -0,8 kilo in one day after OMAD yesterday.
I really love doing OMAD, but today I ‘have’ to lunch and have dinner so only 2mad for me. Also, my boyfriend gave me chocolates as a suprise.. which is nice but also not very convinient.
Day4 of Week27, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 88kg/194lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
Today 87,1kg maintained from yesterday and from the day before o_O
I have no idea how I maintain weight while eating on a regular basis and still coming in at the exact same weight for three days in a row, but it is what it is.
After a haphazard breakfast due to oversleeping the alarm in the morning, I got into the weekly 48h.
Breakfast consisted of a hotdog, two oat bars and a banana so not exactly what I planned or what would’ve been needed.
On the positive note yesterday’s last meal was fried chicken breast with steamed vegetables and a single potato steak-fried so at least that was more meat.
It is almost Friday! Get them results before the weekend!:)

Started with 12-16 hour daily fasts (skipped a couple here and there)
Ended my longest fast yet (almost 28 hours) last night.
Starting with 16 hour fasts as my baseline as of today (with hopefully 1 40ish hour fast per week)
