Another day of OMAD
Working 7am - 7pm fuelled by water and black coffee, hill sprints at 7.30pm and then a big meal of 2000cal.
Probably noodles, pork and whatever else I find in my cupboards. Lets goooo

OMAD | Weight Loss
Alright, I’m hitting the reset button. I started intermittent fasting in June 2022 and lost 30 lbs in about 2-3 months. It’s October and I managed to keep the 30lbs off. I want to lose some more weight by going back on OMAD and exercising.
I’m eating one WFPB meal a day at 5:00pm. (Making some chili tonight and eating it with brown rice 🍛.) I’m also increasing the intensity of my workouts and will incorporate sit-ups in to my routine everyday.
