What’s a dangerous calorie deficit for losing weight- I’m hitting the treadmill everyday, burning 600 calories or so an hr, 6 incline, 3.2 speed.

I have always disagreed with this notion that going on low or zero calories for an extended time is a danger in itself, granted you never run low on water and electrolytes, and take care of your daily micro-nutrient requirements. (It is obviously dangerous/deadly to go below a certain point in body weight, but that is not what we are talking about here, right?)
Having said that, I think big(ish) meals are what makes IF work. Weird conundrum right?
