Day 1

Day one of fasting. So far so good, but it’s lunch time at work and I’m skipping actually clocking out. A little challenging, but keeping myself out of my normal eating habits is crucial. I’ve been relatively healthy most of my life but with work and a family I’ve lost focus on taking care of myself.

Told myself for 2023 I need to focus on my overall health and allowing things like work induced stress to dictate how I treat my overall health is to unacceptable. Holding myself accountable to my goals and fasting a few days while I work on my diet and exercise routine. Anyway, wish me luck on my new journey.

Day 1 of this journey…. be easy on yourself. Try to push once a week, everyone’s different. It worked for me. 1 month 18:6 to now easily doing 2 extended fasts a week ( 40 hr + ) and OMAD every other day. U got this any questions this is the place to be.
