SW/CW 230Lb’s, GW 190. (36M)
I’ve just restarted after nearly 2 years of slow weight gain. During early to mid 2020 I lost 25lbs in 3 months with minimal effort. Early to bed, early to rise. Early morning workout and no breakfast until past 9am. Then keeping portions size down. Quit eating after 6pm.
That was then, I slowly went to a different schedule and it became a bit more of a challenge to maintain that weight. Slowly it crept back in as I ate whatever I wanted pretty much whenever.
I stepped on my scale this morning after deciding yesterday that today was the day I was going to start to fix it. I didn’t feel depressed or stressed about the weight I saw on the scale. Instead I saw it as a temporary state of affairs.
I’m posting here to help myself be accountable. Thanks to everyone who posts here for being so inspirational!

Congrats on starting! I’ve decided to start today as well, I’m doing 20 hours fast, 4 hours eating period. I’ve done it before and lost 6lbs (obviously didn’t stick with it) and it’s not that hard really. I’m also exactly your weight, 230lbs. My goal is to get under 200lbs and ultimately maybe 175lbs
