Cliche, but remember why you started. Think about how great you’re going to look after shedding the fat.

This is all only one part of the journey though. Getting fit is an entirely different process.

For me, I took a couple pictures at the start of my journey and look at them every now and again and compare my body now. I’ve still got a long way to go but it’s so inspiring to see the change!
