what do you do when there is food in TV shows that you are watching? I was pretty much drooling today when I was watching people on TV enjoying pizza , any tips for this? There is food in every show !!
I’ve taken to consuming a lot more of my entertainment by audio. Easy to listen to a podcast and go for a walk, vs sit in the chair watching the screen.
Or, try to time the TV around the OMAD. Snack away! Healthy pizza can totally be on the menu!
