How do you break your fast? I found for myself that eating no carbs - no bread or corn or anything - just like greek yoghurt and nuts is better and doesnโ€™t make me crave food that much. From then it got easier and easier! And I started IF multiple times before it and ended up failing because of sugar cravingsz
