I started my second fast. My first was 3/26-4/16. I had a roller coaster ride. I was fatigued and hungry nearly the entire time. This time hasn’t been bad at all (yet?). Sure I’m hungry but I’m not weak and fatigued.
I am fasting because I have had a flare up with my arthritis. My pain has been at best a 6:10 typically an 8:10. Hopefully fasting will nip this flare up in the butt.
It would be nice to lose a little weight too but that’s secondary.
If you have bad arthritis you should look into a carnivore-style elimination diet and see what that can do for remission. I’ve seen a few people that have been able to have great success dealing with it in this way.
