Hey guys, im new to this sub. Im 5 hours from finishing my first two days. My goal is to hit 14 days and see how my body feels and if i can continue on to 21. I have been trying to choke down my pink salt and apple cider vinegar as well as my cream of tartar for potassium, but absolutely loath the taste. Anyone have any tips or tricks to getting these down?
Snakediet.com I use the pink salt and no salt, while its gross, its bearable….perhaps you are using more than you need to? The snake diet guy has a lot of vids about his “snake juice” which has me feeling aok!
