Day 2 questions

I really want to do a five-day fast. The longest I have gone before is 3 days. I have been drinking electrolyte drinks and have coffee with a small splash of rice milk. That’s it.

A few questions. Is there any solution to occasional lightheadedness? Also I love to walk, but it’s a bit hard when you are feeling weak and lightheaded. Is it okay to do, let’s say, 20-minute walks if I go slow? Also, what is the cause of the headaches that you get when fasting? Do I need salt in addition to the electrolyte drinks, or do those contain salt already?

It’s ok to take a light walk but I really recommend that you listen to your body. I don’t work out unless I feel well. The light headed ness is your body detoxing. You can accelerate this by dry brushing. I drink broth when I am very weak.
