Loss: 56-55 (total of 1 kg lost in a day)
Activity: Did some light weights and felt dizzy afterwards. I felt unstable so I drank about 1/2 cup of water and another 1/2 cup afterwards. About 2 hours later I had my first hungry vibes in 3 days. This confirmed my hypothesis that water is actually what makes you feel hungry as it stimulates the digestive system and gets it moving. I gained 200 grams after drinking water but thats fine, i’ll pee it out. Going to suntan and sweat it out as well.
Sleep has been great. Puffiness gone. Bloat gone. Dry fasting > water fasting.
I’m confused, are you breaking a dry fast with a cup of water then continuing?
It’s the lack of electrolytes why you feel dizzy I think - I normally limit exercise at that point and grind it out. Dry fast > water fast alllll day
