Magnesium, potassium, sodium. If you’re struggling, it’s a good bet that those 3 need attention. But, day 3 is usually the worst. Hang in there. I’m on day 8, and it’s been a bit of a roller coaster. Look up acidosis in fasting, you may experience a little of that. Sorry, you never asked for tips, and here I’m giving.
