Keep going! Good job! Take salt and headache meds as needed. Hunger hormone will spike somewhere around this point. Drink plenty of water to keep your body from confusing hunger with thirst. Also, I would suggest limiting activity and increasing sleep this week. Also I’m not sure how long you intend to go, but I’ve noticed the week 1 weight loss typically comes back (because it’s mostly water weight) when you begin eating again. Don’t rely on the scale. Take body measurements once weekly and monitor your body fat percentage.
