Day 4 of 30 almost done.

As hour 96 approaches, I think to myself, “Well Self, we’re about to beat our record for longest recent extended fast.” The hunger Prangs seem like they have subsided. My face looks like it’s thinning our right now. Learned yesterday not to over hydrate or you get headaches. Hopefully the tea I made yesterday has cooled down now (don’t got a teacup/coffee mug so I’ve been using an insulated water bottle and I forgot it keeps things hot for 12 hours). Thank you all for the kind words, wisdom and the support while i embark on this journey.

Youve got this! Good luck! I found the first two days are hardest. Then I realized how much eating is just habit and how often i do it because of boredom or cravings that aren’t real hunger. Fasts are so helpful for isolating and identifying these types of things! I’m just starting another 96 hour fast. :)

I have done two 5 day water fast managed to lose 8.5 kg today i broke my second 5 day water fast have about 20 min till i eat and begin againEdit: i was 110 kilograms starting this month today i weight in 101.5kg i also weightlift 6 times a week my height is 5ft9 and im 19 yrs old
