Mostly doing this to test myself and for health benefits. I’m at a good body weight and well built.
I’ve continued with going to the office, walking my dogs and the gym ( just doing lighter weights than my usual )

I used to watch a lot of cooking/food shows on youtube and kept a list of all the things I would eat once the fast was over.
But otherwise find something interesting to distract you even if it just for a few hours. This feeling will go away in a few hours.
