Day 4 update: 10 lbs down!

I made it to day 4 (which is the farthest I’ve ever gone in my other 2 previous 3 day fasts).

Stats: Female, 19, height: 5’6

SW: 160 lbs CW: 150.8 lbs

I woke up around 2am and couldn’t go back to sleep till 330am unfortunately. I was craving cereal SO BAD but stayed strong and eventually fell back asleep. I woke up and didn’t experience any dizziness, TMI: I am experiencing blood in my stool and possibly my menstrual cycle starting but it’s really strange idk how to describe it. I’m not giving up though so don’t comment for me to do that. I’m making it to day 7 (if I’m satisfied with my results, if not I’m going for a few more days). The only place I can tell I’m losing weight in is my stomach which I am really happy with but I’m hoping it hits my arms and thighs next! I’m proud I’ve made it this far and will probably do the OMAD after this fast is over because once you go a long time or even just a few days you realize you don’t need nor want as many meals as you thought you needed. It takes your body time to adjust so be patient, trust the process, and don’t give up.

So happy for you! Last night I had terrible leg paint that kept me up from 10 pm to almost 2am, and I’m completely awake now at 5:30 am. I don’t have work until 3pm so I’m really hoping I can fall back asleep for some time before then. Seeing your post kept me motivated to resist eating food while I’m just sitting around though, so thank You! I’m only at 62 hours. Glad you’re doing so well!
