I caved in on Day 4. But, DAMN! I made it 4 days!!!
I was hungry all day on Sunday and finally in the afternoon - I said fuckit and had some jerky and cheese. Not much, then a couple hours later, I had some chili. I will be continuing doing keto and will do another 3-4 day water fast in February. I actually enjoyed it.
This morning I feel GREAT! Better than I have in a while.

I’m approaching 2.5 days on water, tea and black coffee. Not sure if I’ll go 4 days, but at the moment I think it should be doable.
