Day 7.8 water fast

For context: I drink plenty of water each day, and 1 tbsp of pink Himalayan salt once a day. I am very active and have a lot to do during the day. Since 2 days ago I noticed myself starting to become weaker and losing my energy, so I started sleeping more. Now today I got up at my usual time and didn’t feel well rested so I had to get back in bed because I just felt so weak. I haven’t been able to get out of bed today because every time I do I just feel like I haven’t slept at all. Does anyone have any advice for me?

  2. Take potassium, magnesium and salt.

  3. Take a light meal, try fasting again. And know that this isn’t a competition. Look at the 7.8 days you have completed, not the few days that you couldn’t complete

I appreciate all of the feedback leading to the same answer. I will be taking everyone’s advice, eat something light, and look for something that has all of these ingredients in it for further fasting.
