Take a light meal, try fasting again. And know that this isn’t a competition. Look at the 7.8 days you have completed, not the few days that you couldn’t complete
I appreciate all of the feedback leading to the same answer. I will be taking everyone’s advice, eat something light, and look for something that has all of these ingredients in it for further fasting.
Make your own Ketorade (electrolytes) to combate fatigue & headaches! easiest recipe: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp potassium (Nu salt substitute), 1 tsp magnesium (natural calm or epson salt) sugar free flavor (crystal light, mio) 64 oz water. Sip all day. Bonus tips: due to all the salty electrolytes, sour flavors go best like lemonades, margarita flavor, etc) and the magnesium helps with BMs!
