Day one of implementing 18:6 IF into my life. I’m wondering if anyone counted calories, or leaned towards Keto while doing IF? I’d like to drop 30 lbs. All feedback welcome.
Counting calories definitely helps to make sure you have a deficit in your eating window. Loads of people fast, but then cram themselves full of calories during their eating window and wonder why they’re putting on weight still/say fasting doesn’t work.
