I did IF in highschool a few years back and it worked wonders so I’m sure it’ll be fine now. Any tips? Besides black coffee in the morning lol. I work a physically demanding job from 8am-4pm. Also SW:250

Eat more protein than you’re currently eating, and eat less of everything else to make room for more protein

Don’t drink calories

Start doing resistance training now, 4 times per week. You want to lose fat, not lean mass. So give your body some healthy stimulus to promote retaining your lean body mass.
