DAY ONE: OMAD DRY

Its 1:55 PM, I now weigh 267.0lbs after my meal for the day.

This is going to be a daily journal posted every day for a week.

My first fast will be 28 hrs DRY since I ate early and stopped early today.

My new schedule will be 4-6pm eating window.

This is for primarily weightloss and to have more appetite and eating control. Dry fasting gives me that.

Throughout each day I’ll document my weight in the comments.

I wanna glow up hard. I wanna be slimmer, prettier, healthierrrrrrrrrr.

the body I’m in is NOT where I’m supposed to be for long. My real body is defined, lean, strong, gorg <3

My goal is to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks. 2nd place goal is 15lbs. I wanna bust 30+lbs in a month but we’ll see.

idk if I can do it. But imma lean on this reddit and the FB Group for motivation. DF is the thing.

I don’t wanna give up.

You can do this! I lost 11lbs in 4 days from dry fasting and I was eating one snack and one meal a day during that time. Don’t give up. Remember where you want to be.

When I first started fasting and exercising daily I printed out a motivational thingy and kept it on my wall at eye level right next to my bedroom door. It said:

It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for your family and friends to see it.It takes 12 weeks for the world to see it.DON’T GIVE UP.

I looked at that every day and kept myself motivated. I’m excited to see your progress.
