I decided to fast cold turkey (not a good way to ease into it as i have become aware) and im on hour 40 feeling pretty groggy and sleepy. I had approximately 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt to help me through the mid day but i was hoping it is ok to drink pure coconut water at this time. im not sure how the body will react to a sudden sugar intake.
Only ¼ tsp Himalayan Pink salt?

When I first started I was using 5g or Pink salt & 5g of Nosalt then lowered the dose day by day until I hit the brain fog then raised it up the smallest amount and all was fine.

I dont think your feeding your body with enough electrolites.
