I was trying desperately to hit 72hrs but now I’m here and don’t feel hungry at all.
It’s weird after the third day things really do change. I’m gonna shoot for 5 days in total. Wish me luck!
Honestly, Day 5 is when the magic really starts to happen. All hunger disappears. Deep ketosis and pure fat burning mode. The only thing left to battle is boredom. (Eating is so entertaining!) Just watch your electrolytes like a hawk. If you start to feel bad, chances are your sodium is low.
I was only planning for a 3 day fast - currently on day 24 now. Like others say - ride the wave - burn the fat - watch your electrolytes! (I hate drinking mine now - but still trying to get in 1L of snake juice)
