dehydration

I’m day 3 of a 4 day fast. my plan is to dry fast for 3 days then on the 4th only drink lemon water

My question is what are some signs that i’m dangerously dehydrated and should drink water on my 3rd day

I’ve read that if your heart rate exceeds 120 lbpm, then you should break the fast.

However, if you’ve not been sweating profusely and not being incredibly active, I’m betting you’ll be fine.

To prevent refeeding syndrome, you want to rehydrate properly with plenty of minerals. You might want to start with a glass of water with baking soda and sea salt first.

Then something with more potassium like coconut water or low sodium V8.

I personally use an electrolyte drink that’s fairly high in potassium with a good amount of magnesium as well.
