Basically, I hate eating but don’t want to starve! What are your best tips for fast calories?
Nuts/seeds, nut/seed butter, avocado, hummus, oil, smoothies(if you add high cal ingredients), whole wheat/sourdough bread, baked goods with ingredients like coconut oil, nut butter, nuts/seeds, almond flour, dark chocolate, dates/date syrup/date paste/maple syrup/honey, etc
