There is plenty of research DF can help auto immunity, which is excessive, misdirected immune response, and also to calm inflammation.
But can it also help the opposite - immune deficiency, such as chronic Lyme, Long Covid, chronic Mycoplasma infections, etc?
In “Starving to heal”, Michelle talks a lot about how DF can help auto immunity, but a lot of illness is to do with chronic pathogens and the immune system not being able to suppress them. Immune under activity, not over activity.
Would welcome people’s thoughts and also personal experiences - anyone fasting for vaccine injury, Covid, Long Covid, Lyme etc….
Thanks.
Things you can have a look at:
deuterium depleted water (metabolic water tends to be deuterium depleted) that could reduce microbes growth,
hyperosmolarity, that tends to boost the immune system (search NFAT5/TonEBP),
oxytocin and vasopressin which might be involved in immune system and healing. Interestingly, these two hormones tend to bind silver and copper atoms well, while these have antimicrobial effects. Could their production lead to the distribution of these antimicrobial atoms on infection sites?
