I recently got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I need to lose a lot of weight and clean my diet. I haven’t gotten word from a certified nutritionist but I asked my doctor and she said IF is not advisable because of the fluctuations in blood sugar levels. I also saw the same thing on some websites.
I naturally prefer IF plus CICO to regular dieting. And I want to be absolutely sure that IF is out of the picture.
I would really appreciate any form of feedback on this.
