I can just about guarantee that your diarrhea is caused by something else. All you did was skip breakfast, that’s definitely not a common trigger for diarrhea.
What else did you eat? If you decided to eat “healthy” there is probably another cause like extra fiber or a sugar substitute. “Healthy” things like protein cookies or sugar free candy are known to cause diarrhea.
Usually IF fasting will make you poop far less.
