So did 16/8 and while I didn’t gain weight I didn’t lose any either. I wasn’t going hard on tracking cals but I will starting this cycle.
With kids I have to learn to be a bit more flexible with my eating. So on Monday Wednesday Friday I am going 19/5. Tuesday Thursday omad and sat/Sunday 16/8
This fits around my kids and work schedule and so I can still be social on the weekends.
Anyone try alternating days like this?
Some people lose weight on 16:8. More people are successful losing weight on 18:6. So I think you’re on the right path with 19:5.
You might find, over time, you can still be social and not eat. My family doesn’t pay any attention to whether I’m eating or not at any given event. They’re used to me, lol.
