I did not personally, but if you have severely reduced your food intake, things can slow down and you can feel bloated for that reason- the act of eating helps stimulate the rest of the digestive process, plus the actual bulk of the food you ingest helps move things along. If you’re suddenly doing OMAD or eating 33% less or whatever, that can slow digestion way down.
Make sure you’re getting a reasonable amount of fiber during your eating window and drinking plenty of water around the clock.
Yes, it took awhile to go away. The reduced food intake really took awhile for my gut to get used to. I didn’t really feel like fiber supplements or caffeine helped any more than just giving myself time to adjust.
