Complete beginner here but actually dry fasting can potentially harm your teeth according to what i’ve read… if you brush them. The acidity present in the body during extended fast can eat enamel. By not brushing them, you supposedly leave intact a protective layer of mucus/gunk/something.
That being said I would not be surprised if DF produced healing in the tissue of your gums.
Filinov warns that having your teeth in proper condition is part of the preparation for dry fast. If you need to see a dentist you should do so first.
