So basically I have been doing 72hr fasts for the past 2 weeks. This time around though on day 2 I couldn’t stop myself and had a handful of peanuts. (Maybe like 10 peanuts? Not sure lol)
Did I just break my fast? Should I start over? 🤔

While you do not need to start over per se, eating a very small meal and fasting again will slow your metabolism. If I did that, I would have a giant refeed and then start again to keep my metabolism running high. I also consider fasting more about refeeding than abstaining.
