Did it and doing it again

I fasted for 3 days with a little water. I did workout and dry sauna. My body was good. I felt grounded and lost 4 lbs.

I ate this evening to refresh with my meat and fat as I am carnivore.

It might sound crazy but I’m going to do another 3 maybe 4 day fast. I actually feel like this is healthy. My cardio was a bit low but I did not mind. The mental state I felt was on point. I will see about starting on Sunday. Give myself another day of omad and go from there.

I really feel empowered now that food was too much of my focus in the past. Sleep was better, more productive and things looked brighter.

So I believe if I feel good why not do another one. Thanks for the support and I will report tomorrow if I decide to start and go 4 days.

Awesome glad to see your working out and your sleep is good during your dry fast? I’m on day 3 and sleep is 🤣. Just a recommendation for hydration if going back to fasting some fruit and coconut water. Glad to see your working out

Thanks for the support here. My 3 day fast was so enlightening. It made me realize how much food was controlling my life and I literally eat omad just carnivore. My body needed a re-set emotionally and physically. Looks like it’s time to do another

The weight is back which I know is water weight. Not stressing it. The more I get in touch with my body signals and holy f … the sleep and calmness of fasting is just awesome.

Starting tomorrow. Will see if I can go until Friday.
