i was 80.0 kg now 76.6, i notice that per 1 day if i eat a little food for example, a toast, yogurt omelets that kind of stuff, i can lose up 00.5kg and more with out exarcise, how much grams do i need to eat in order to lose 1 kg per day with out exarcise i want to get atleast to 70.0 kg.

This is fasting oriented. I’m wondering if you’ll get answers like you want from a different subreddit?
All I can offer you is a quote from Michael Pollan
“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”
I interpret this to mean, “Eat REAL food rather than “diet” food. Not too much and certainly not too often, so time restricted eating and no snacks. Mostly green leafy salads for nutrients.”
But mostly what you are going to get here is probably going to be fasting related and not to worry so much about grams and such so long as you get enough salt.
