Does an early morning diet coke count as breaking your fast?
I’m just getting started, so I don’t have results to base on. I’m doing fine pushing my breakfast out an hour later each week & am now at 17/9, exceptfor that early Diet Coke. BUT I really NEED that 1st DC in the early a.m. I wake by 6 am daily, sometimes earlier.
Please no lectures on the merits of Diet Coke, it’s literally my only bad health habit. I’m trying IF to combat menopausal weight gain that seems to defy calorie math.
