Answer

Check USDA myPlate. It shows you how much of each type of food you should eat every day - the actual portions of actual foods without all the carbo-fat-protein gram tracking.

There’s a calorie calculator for your age, sex, height, weight, activity. Enter the information and it recommends your daily calorie level. (this takes less than a minute)

Once you know the calories you need, scroll down and click the calories for your age. (There’s a range if you think you need more or less calories. Check your weight regularly.)

You’ll get a meal plan and a form you can print to start tracking your diet. It’s straight forward. It should cover all your nutritional needs.

There’s also an app, but I’d look at the print out first.
