Try one meal a day, thats super effective, but tough psychologically, that would work for about 4 days until the body adjusts, then alternate between omad and 16:8 to keep the weight loss going, some people even throw in the occasional 24 hour fast but thats serious hard mode.
-Eat plenty of dairy and vegetables and healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil. The ideal fats would be lard, tallow, or ghee, but those oils will work
-Don’t eat any grains, rice, or potatoes
-Dont drink any calories
Do those things and you will get to your ideal body weight. It’s a lot easier to do so when you eat meat, because meat is a lot more nutritionally dense than veg. If you stick to veg, though, you’ll just have to be eating a ton of it. Kind of like grazing all day
Keto diet I think. I don’t like it health-wise but it’s a good start to your weight loss journey, I’ve seen people who did it and had good results with it. Try it for a month at least, along with 16:8 fast. I don’t count calories and don’t think or feel that it’s beneficial.
