Can somebody help explain this wording to me? Do they mean one tablet after each meal daily? Or only one tablet per day?
It’s a digestive enzyme called Kal-n-zyme. It says “take 1 tablet daily with meals”
That is kinda unclear. I’m going to guess it’s saying only one tablet per day. This is common formulation and I’ve read other brands have directions like “take one tablet with your heaviest meal of the day.” Life Extension has a similar product that says you can take it with two meals. So it seems somewhat variable. But yeah, unclear directions!
