I just tried a Jersey Sweet Potato and it was amazing!!! I am wondering, however, if it has the same number of calories per 100g as other sweet potatoes? As I can find little nutrition info on them.
Im sure the calories are “similar” yes. I mean you can get 2 of the same kind of sweet potatoes and they wont have exactly the same calories either. A “medium sized” sweet potato of any variation will have 100-120 calories. I love them all but the classic orange ones are still my fave. I’d like to get my hands on these purple ones they eat in Japan some day
