Hi all. I’m a pretty seasoned faster and on day 12 of what I hope to be a 40-day fast (record is 30-day water fast) that I’m vlogging daily about on YT.
Past few days I’ve been enjoying winding down with epsom salt baths, and I was wondering if anyone has any insights on how this could provide fasting-specific benefits.

About the only time I use epsom salts is when I actually take a bath instead of a shower because I am rocking a bad case of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). Though this is entirely a folk remedy with little basis in science. It is relaxing though, which does anecdotally help I guess.
Specific to fasting, I have not heard a thing about any supposed benefits.
