i would suggest bone broth or veggie broth is the best for breaking a fast that is longer than 4 days. Coming from someone who broke 8-day water fast with chicken + steamed veggies and had excruciating stomach pain that day. Take it slow would be my humble suggestion, and congrats for fasting 6 days:) Did you lose any weight and how do you feel?
