Do nutritional labels on pasta boxes refer to portions of dry or cooked pasta?

If it says: per 1/2 cup, is that referring to half a cup of dried noodles or 1/2 of cooked noodles?

Answer

If it doesn’t say anything like “as prepared”, you can assume that the nutrition information is for the product as packaged (i.e. dry). But another hint would also be the weight. 1/2 cup of dry pasta weighs a lot less than 1/2 cup of cooked pasta.

Answer

I know you already have the answer but another way would be to multiply the number of servings by the serving size and see if that adds up to the total package size - if so, then the serving size is unprepared.
